Crime
All the crimes are bad but the worst crime is sexual violence. Victims for that crime suffer to much, more if is a little children.
The guilty have to pay with a heavy punishment, or a deaths penalty, this behavior it’s for a sick person.
If the guilty pays the crime, and comes out of the prison, it’s dangerous for the country, and could commit the same crime or another crime.
In Costa Rica we need to have laws for this crimes, because in some of cases don’t have evidence and the guilty result innocent. Its not possible that sick persons stays in the streets like another humanbeing.
