What do you do to stay healthy?
I do many things to stay healthy; I don’t eat a lot of bad foods.
I go to the gym 4 times a week, and I run every day 9 kms.My heart is strong and healthy and this is very important to have a perfect health.
Also if you have a life with not stress, probably your health is very good.Its import to visit a doctor some time during the year.To checks your health, to prevent health problems.
